I am so happy my cousin Lilly is getting married in two weeks to this handsome young man Harsh. They make an incredible couple, deeply in love. And I am so excited to share their Engagement Session which we shot at the scenic Saratoga Springs in California.
We planned a late evening shoot at Saratoga Springs thinking that the late evening light would be more flattering for the portraits. Once there we found that the place has tall trees around the periphery which totally cut off the late evening sun. Nevertheless, we went with the flow and supplemented the light with our studio strobes. The chemistry of these two love birds was enough for us to create these beautiful images.
The paper flowers you see in the opening image is Lilly's idea. Those are being made with the help of family and friends to decorate the house for pre-wedding festivities.
The staff at the Saratoga Springs was super friendly. They close at 5pm, the time we started the shoot, however, they were kind enough to leave the decorative lights on for us. These lights added a very romantic glow to the images. I would strongly recommend to checkout out this place for picnics, parties, weddings and corporate events.
Sharing some images from this session here. Congratulations Lilly & Harsh !
